You may also include (to be delivered directly and received at time of delivery) any of the following, but not limited to: REGISTRATION, BILL OF SALE OR ANY OTHER PAPERS CHANGING OWNERSHIP, INSURANCE CARDS, ETC. Paperwork must be inside a folder or envelope LABELED with Owner's/Buyer's Name.

2) A horse MUST HAVE a FLAT NYLON 3 RING HALTER at time of pickup. *

DO NOT SEND WITH ROPE, LEATHER, OR ANY OTHER TYPE of halter. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE ONE AND NEED US TO PROVIDE, THERE WILL BE A $50 CHARGE AND MUST BE PAID AT PICKUP UNLESS OTHERWISE AGREED BY DELIVERY CONTACT.

3) Feeding schedules MUST REMAIN UNCHANGED during transport. *

Please include ZIPLOCK bags labeled AM & PM for XX# days to transport along with any details pertaining to routine, amount, etc.

4) 1-2 bales of HAY are highly recommended during transport. *

This helps transition the horse (or other animal) into new home location and helps prevent colic.

5) Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE for client cancelations. *

If for any reason we are forced to cancel on our part, then the deposit is 100% refundable.

You will receive confirmation once this has been received and will automatically be placed on schedule. WE WILL NOTIFY ALL CLIENTS WITH ETAs ONCE THE FINAL SPOT HAS BEEN BOOKED AND ITINERARY HAS BEEN FINALIZED.
